Best of Bambi's Blog - Exercise

Bambi Ross is a local Manor Park resident and former principal at Manor Park Public School. Bambi's Blog features free online activities and resources that are fun for people of all ages!

The following are the links to exercise ideas I have collected for your entertainment over the last few weeks.   Please note these are just to get you moving for a few minutes and not by any means meant to replace your serious exercise routines.  Please note that these are not my ideas but rather ideas I have found in articiles, facebook, instagram, twitter and youtube accounts.  I have tried to insure that all activities are free, do not rely on social media accounts, are easy to do and make use of items you have around the house.  I will  update this master list  again in a few weeks if we are still self isolating. The first three videos are brief lessons on African dance. They are all under ten minutes. The first is on drumming but the second two teach dance - very well set up to teach some steps. Fun change of pace to physical activity along with being educational. https://youtu.be/q5U8md4rZS8   https://youtu.be/Ewqq-3xJFdI https://youtu.be/VvXSbuEwd1M If you have a stationary bike you can download their app for a free 90 day trial!!!
