The following are the links to exercise ideas I have collected for your entertainment over the last few weeks. Please note these are just to get you moving for a few minutes and not by any means meant to replace your serious exercise routines. Please note that these are not my ideas but rather ideas I have found in articiles, facebook, instagram, twitter and youtube accounts. I have tried to insure that all activities are free, do not rely on social media accounts, are easy to do and make use of items you have around the house. The first is on drumming but the second two teach dance - very well set up to teach some steps.
